WP 1-Microorganisms and inhibitors to be included in the sol-gel matrix

In this work package will  be studied the knowledge of the microorganisms that cause MIC and in the selection of antifouling microorganisms.

The antifouling activity of the selected microorganisms as well as their inhibitory compounds will be studied.

Finally, the scale-up of the fermentation process to produce enough quantities of the Anti-MIC microorganism or its antifouling compound will be realised.
